NIFDE Certification Required
To order a NIFDE Award, you must be NIFDE Certified. Once you are approved by the NIFDE Review Panel you may order additional awards.
Order Additional Awards
To place an order for additional NIFDE Awards download the Additional Award Order Form and follow the enclosed instructions. Remember, the NIFDE Application was designed to be time efficient.
Payment Options
The NIFDE Professional Fee may be paid by Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, or may be paid by check payable to NIFDE.

Completed forms and payment of the NIFDE Professional Fee should then be mailed to:

If payment is made via credit card, completed forms and payment information may be sent via fax to the NIFDE Review Panel at 609-951-0030. If you are unable to download the NIFDE Application or are having other problems, contact the NIFDE Review Panel directly at: 609-951-0105 or you can email NIFDE at enrollment@nifde.com.
